Couples Session - Couple
During the couples sessions I will focus on the needs of both of you. Facilitating conversations so both of you are heard and seen.
The sessions will be guided by you and offer time for connection in a confidential space.

I am an Aware Parent instructor and love to support families to bring deeper connection and attachment.
I also work with young people supporting their mental health and wellbeing.

In person somatic sessions - Group
Finding Me Through Movement sessions run once a month and provide time for you to move your body in a way that feels good for you.
The sessions run for 2 hors and include: movement, meditation, reflective questions & finish in a brave and secure held circle to share experiences.

Aware Leading
Aware Leading is training that delves deeper into what is going on for you and explores what is happening behind the children’s behaviour. Each session is tailored made to your place of work and can be delivered in a few hours or can span 10 weeks to delve deeper.
The sessions are interactive and provide time to build deeper connections at work whilst offering strategies and tools based on current research.
