Awakening Souls is a sacred space for women ready to step into their power, heal old wounds, and embrace the life they truly desire. Each month, we gather as a community — supporting one another through life’s transitions, celebrating growth, and softening into new ways of being. Together, we awaken what has always been within: courage, compassion, and radiant self-worth.
This isn’t about fixing what’s "wrong." It’s about remembering who you are.
If life feels heavy, if something feels missing, or if you’re yearning for deeper connection — with yourself and with others — this is your invitation to soften, expand, and rise in a community of like-minded women.

Building Inner Confidence & Letting Go of Control

Deepening Self-Love & Receiving with an Open Heart
This month is a tender invitation to open your heart — first to yourself and then to the love that surrounds you. You’ll explore what it means to truly receive, soften into acceptance, and nurture a deep well of compassion for yourself. The Art of Giving & Receiving Without Resistance
Find harmony in the natural rhythms of life as you learn to balance giving and receiving. This month invites you to soften resistance and move with life’s currents rather than against them. Moving Through Impostor Syndrome & Owning Your Power
This month is about reclaiming your space and embracing your worth without apology. You’ll explore the roots of impostor syndrome and gently untangle yourself from doubt. By the end, you’ll stand taller, owning your unique gifts and stepping into your power with quiet confidence and grace. -
Integrating Growth & Becoming Your Highest Self
Integration is where healing takes root. This month, you’ll slow down and honour the growth you’ve experienced, allowing it to sink into your bones. Through gentle practices, you’ll embody the woman you’ve been becoming all along — feeling grounded, radiant, and deeply at home within yourself. -
Honouring Your Journey & Living with Joy
The journey has been one of courage, love, and growth — and now, it’s time to celebrate. This month is an invitation to acknowledge every step you’ve taken, embracing joy and gratitude as a way of being. You’ll leave with a heart full of light, a deep sense of belonging, and a renewed excitement for the path ahead.

April’s Focus: High Vibrations & Self-Compassion
This month, we explore how to:
🌿 Break free from the cycle of negativity – Understand how negative thought loops keep you stuck and learn how to gently step out of them.
🌿 Shift from self-judgment to self-kindness – Replace harsh inner criticism with compassionate, supportive self-talk.
🌿 Understand the energy of emotions – Learn how emotions impact your body and how to move through them with ease rather than resistance.
🌿 Call in joy, peace, and ease – Practical ways to raise your vibration and welcome in more of what you truly want.
🌿 Develop a simple daily practice – Small, sustainable shifts that help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
This is not about bypassing emotions or pretending to be happy all the time. It’s about learning how to support yourself fully—even in challenging moments—so that you can live with more freedom, ease, and authenticity.
How It Works
All sessions are held on Zoom.
Each month, we gather on Zoom for two types of sessions:
🌀 Guided Exploration Sessions: A space to explore each month’s theme through meaningful discussion, reflection prompts, and gentle practices. These will be recorded, so you can revisit them anytime.
🌀 Support & Reflection Sessions: An unrecorded, safe container where you’ll receive compassionate support, share insights, and feel held by a nurturing community of women. 🚫 These sessions will NOT be recorded to create a safe and confidential space.

⛔️ Anyone who feels resistant to community support—this is a space of connection, reflection, and shared experience.

I’m Vicki Plomer, a trauma-informed somatic therapist and emotional well-being expert. My approach is heart-centred, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the wisdom of the body. Through movement and meditation, I help people reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-worth, and create a life of authenticity and balance. With a background in dance, mindfulness, and holistic healing, I provide a safe space for you to explore and embody your true self.
