This membership is designed to offer a gentle and consistent space for you to pause, move, and breathe—to come home to yourself. Through somatic movement and meditation, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, access inner calm, and create a foundation of self-awareness and emotional well-being.

This is not about pushing harder or striving for perfection. It’s about allowing yourself to soften, listen, and explore movement and stillness in a way that feels nourishing. Whether you are new to somatic practices or looking for a supportive structure to maintain your journey, this membership provides a heart-centred, live-only experience to guide you toward balance and self-connection.

What’s Included Each Week?

STARTING MARCH 2025

🌿 3 x 20-Minute Somatic Movement Sessions – Gently guided sessions to release tension, build body awareness, and restore balance. Live sessions at 7:00 AM - 7:20 AM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).


🧘 2 x 30-Minute Guided Meditations – A blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and visualisation practices to calm the mind and bring ease to the body. Live sessions at 8:45 PM - 9:15 PM (Tuesday, Thursday).


🔴 Live Only Experience – Sessions will not be recorded, creating a supportive and present community of mindful movers and people connected to their bodies.


🤝 Supportive Community (Optional) – Connect with like-minded individuals on a shared journey of self-discovery.

💰 Only £15 per month – Gain access to all live sessions, including three movement and two meditation practices each week.

📆 No Contracts – This is a flexible, month-to-month membership. You can join at any time and cancel whenever you need to.

How It Works

What to Bring

👕 Come as you are – Wear comfortable clothing, including pyjamas if you prefer.

💧 Water – Stay hydrated throughout the session.

🛏️ Mat & Blanket (optional) – A yoga mat for movement and a blanket for added comfort during meditation.

📖 Journal – You may wish to note any reflections or insights after each meditation.

🌀 Space to Move – Ensure you have enough room to move freely.

📷 Camera On or Off – Your choice; participate in a way that feels best for you.

    I’m Vicki Plomer, a trauma-informed somatic therapist and emotional well-being expert. My approach is heart-centred, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the wisdom of the body. Through movement and meditation, I help people reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-worth, and create a life of authenticity and balance. With a background in dance, mindfulness, and holistic healing, I provide a safe space for you to explore and embody your true self.
