I currently have availability to work with individuals, couples, young adults, and teenagers (with parental permission) who are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges.

How Sessions Work
Every session is uniquely shaped around you. There is no set structure—some sessions may be focused on talking and reflection, while others might include somatic movement, exploring stored trauma in a safe and connected way, or mindful meditations to help you shift out of your head and into your body.
This is a person-centred approach, meaning I follow what feels most helpful for you in the moment. Whether you're seeking clarity, processing past experiences, or deepening self-awareness, I offer a space where you can be supported at your own pace. I also provide movement practices, guided reflections, and mindful meditations that can support your healing journey between sessions.
These sessions work well for anyone wanting to deepen their self-awareness, explore patterns from the past, or move towards more connection and balance in life.
Parenting Support
For those seeking parenting support, these sessions offer tools, strategies, and space for reflection to help you navigate challenges with more confidence and connection. My approach is influenced by Aware Parenting and the work of Dr. Aletha Solter, alongside other leading trauma-informed specialists.
Together, we can explore:
The power of play and laughter in processing stress and trauma and building connection
How to support your child in moving through big emotions, such as crying and raging, with compassion
Your own childhood experiences and how they may be shaping your parenting today

Individuals: £60 per 50-minute session
Couples: £75 per 60-minute session

Discount Offer: Book 4 sessions upfront, and your 4th session is half price
