An Evening of Movement & Meditation:
A Gentle Evening of Movement and Connection
Slow Down. Breathe. Come Home to Yourself.
In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to become disconnected—from your body, from your breath, from the deeper sense of ease that’s available within you. This evening of movement and meditation is an invitation to pause, soften, and listen.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath awareness, and guided meditation, you’ll have space to release tension, restore your energy, and cultivate a sense of calm that lingers far beyond the session.
What You Can Expect:
This two-hour in-person gathering will guide you through:
🌿 Somatic Movement – Gentle, intuitive movement to unwind tension, reconnect with your body, and shift from “doing” into “being.”
🌀 Meditation & Breathwork – A blend of guided meditation and breath awareness to settle your nervous system, release stress, and invite stillness.
💛 Stillness & Integration – Time to rest, absorb, and experience deep nourishment in your body.
🫖 Tea & Connection – A warm, welcoming space to slow down and share tea, with no pressure to be anything other than yourself.
This isn’t about “getting it right” or forcing your body into anything that doesn’t feel good. Instead, it’s a compassionate, supportive space to explore what your body truly needs.
What to Bring:
🧘♀️ Yoga mat for movement and meditation sessions.
👕Comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
Refreshments will be provided, so just bring yourself and an open heart!
