I am thrilled to announce the next upcoming Mind & Body Day Retreat. Each retreat promises to be a rejuvenating experience, exploring different topics which focus on cognitive restructuring and connecting with your body.

Vicki Plomer, Mind & Body Therapist

Vicki brings a unique blend of expertise to our retreat, with over 20 years in the dance sector as a performer, teacher, and senior programme manager. Her background in counselling and somatic therapies has led her to create specialised programmes that facilitate reconnection with the body and support healing from stored trauma. Vicki has also worked extensively with parents and children, fostering deeper family connections and awareness of the needs and barriers to loving attachments. Her holistic approach is dedicated to promoting wellbeing and personal growth. Vicki also hosts a podcast on Aware Parenting.
